Primary
Responsibilities:
Performing assigned tasks by Facilities Manager, in a safe and timely manner.
Preventative maintenance performed and recorded as per PM schedule Emergency repairs performed as needed Assist in installing new equipment and set up to meet production requirements Assist in Facilities Manager in maintaining & monitoring of materials and spare parts Able to perform light maintenance tasks and assist with larger projects as directed by the Facilities Manager/Maintenance Team.
Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of all Facilities Areas.
IE; Maintenance Crib, Mop Closet, Storage Areas.
Responsible for replacing air filters/filter material on Barron Equipment.

; Compressor, Torit, HVAC Units.
Identify and report maintenance/safety issues as they arise.
Responsible for monthly inspection/documentation of all fire extinguishers on site.
Responsible for clearing snow and salting of sidewalks and rear alley during winter months.
Assist in setting up areas for Company Meetings as required.
Replace belts on Barron equipment, reorder stock as needed.
Maintain yellow traffic striping on plant floor.
Follow AS9100 systems and procedures as appropriate to your department and/or area of responsibility.
Initiate continuous improvement in your area of responsibility through the use of AVO's, CAR's and ECR's.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts, i.

brainstorming sessions, training, continuing educations, etc.
Minimum Requirements:
Good mechanical abilities, with machine shop skills 2 to 3 years of general repair and maintenance preferred The ability to work independently preferred Job Type:
