00/hr ESSENTIAL DUTIES Creating and processing shipping and invoicing documentation in a timely manner Performing data entry duties in regard to customer order entry and other key data Maintaining an accessible and organized paper and electronic filing system for sales, accounting, and administrative personnel Providing assistance to management team members and executives as needed Expediting requests for rush orders and altering sales orders and shipping documentation as required Assist in the collection of customer's payments Acquiring knowledge of Customer ordering and invoicing systems Why work for Qualified Staffing?
