Core Duties Be aware of and follow all compliancy rules, per the State of Michigan & LARA Maintain and build your working knowledge of the properties and uses of cannabis, as well as learn about our products.
Provide a speedy, accurate, welcoming, and knowledgeable check out for every guest.
Help maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the store.
Ensure product on the sales floor is visually appealing and ready for sale.
Be aware of the daily deals.
Maintain a clean, professional appearance.
Build and maintain customer profiles and experiences.
Maintain professionality during all customer interactions and service rushes.
Be able to learn, understand, and use our POS system fluently.
Help the rest of the team maintain overall cleanliness of the store.
Stock product on the sales wall.
Answer phone calls quickly and efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
Be able to maintain several phone lines.
Monitor flow of people coming into store, and keeping track of who is waiting to check in vs other guests.
Greet and check in all guests.
Create and maintain/update guest profiles efficiently and accurately.
Experience/Qualifications Sales/customer service REQUIRED Knowledge of recreational cannabis uses and/or procedures is a plus Be able to maintain a balanced till.
Be able to stand for long periods of time, carry up to 20lbs, and bend/reach for merchandise.
Multi-line phone handling experience preferred Cannabis POS system experience is a plus Basic computer knowledge/experience is a plus Reliable transportation to and from work Please note that this position requires individuals to be at least 21 years old & pass a background check.
