The Productivity Team The Productivity Team Oxford, MI Oxford, MI Full-time Contract Full-time Contract $30 - $40 an hour $30 - $40 an hour 23 hours ago 23 hours ago 23 hours ago Duties - Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers in a manufacturing environment - Ensure that production targets are met and quality standards are maintained - Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency and productivity - Train new employees on production procedures and safety protocols - Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and maintenance, to resolve any production issues - Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures to create a safe working environment - Maintain accurate production records and reports Experience - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing setting - Strong knowledge of assembly processes and mechanical operations - Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and other equipment relevant to the production process - Familiarity with warehouse operations, including inventory management and shipping/receiving procedures - Experience operating a forklift is preferred - Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings to fabricate products accurately This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
