Job Duties:
Accounting using Quickbooks Propertyware Software Preparation of monthly reports Day-to-day management functions of the property, including contact and correspondence with tenants, contractors, etc.
Clerical and administrative duties Requirements:
Minimum two years experience using Propertyware Software Minimum two years experience using Quickbooks Must have strong organizational skills Ability to effectively communicate with residents, employees and vendors Must have valid drivers' license High School Diploma required/ College Degree preferred Job Types:
