This location is a Telecommunications office building.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Responsibilities Include:
Light Maintenance:
patching walls, painting, replacing lightbulbs, moving furnature, and groundskeeping Report to supervisor any issues Notify onsite supervisor of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations Skills:
Ability to lift/pull heavy items up to 50 lbs Communication skills Ability to walk and or stand for long periods of time Familiarity with Material Safety Integrity and ability to work independently and as a team Be on time or early Friendly, people oriented Requirements Must be able to pass a standard background check Must have reliable transportation to work Job Type:
