Customer Service Representative/Teller (Floater)

The CSR is the face of Oxford Bank; CSRs act as the primary customer contact within each of our branches. The CSR are responsible for total customer satisfaction by meeting all financial needs of a customer (product, servicing and transactional), recommend appropriate solutions to meet customer needs, and provides excellent customer service including referrals to a specialist who can assist in meeting specific needs.
Duties include:
Recommend ways in which the bank can meet customers needs
Perform daily responsibilities to include cross-selling additional bank products, along with knowledge of opening and closing accounts, servicing customers, processing stop payments, wire transfers, telephone transfers, placing check orders, processing special instructions on accounts and performing general account maintenance
Ensure error free and accurate completion of all customer requests including: account openings, servicing request and routine bank transactions
Develop and deepen customer relationships by demonstrating ownership and resolving customer problems efficiently, and by turning servicing request and routine transactions into sales opportunities
Execute all servicing and banking transactions accurately; following all compliance and security proce-dures, and will balance cash drawer within balancing guidelines
Provide customer service including but not limited to: account opening, checkbook balancing, resolving customer problems and concerns and statement questions
Cross-sell personal and business banking services to present and potential customers
Follow cash handling and branch security procedure
Balance ATM
Assist in vault balancing
Other tasks as needed and assigned
Qualification
Must be willing to work at all of our branch locations as needed

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
